From the interview that Dr. Durando did - it seems fairly obvious to me that the JumpStarter product line,... while finally serving as a source of (however pitiful) revenue for XDSL,... is oh so NOT using any of the patented tech that XDSL spent years pointing to as their 'big thing'.

And now,.... they want the market to believe that the are going to use their 'JumpStarter' line's income stream to keep afloat while they push forward into nano-tech drug delivery systems,....

Obviously - the market hasn't been at all impressed,... I know I sure am not. Glad I got out when I did, and haven't seen a thing to make me regret that choice so far.

I continue to watch this company because I've been watching it so long - and because the technology IS actually quite interesting.

I just don't think that XDSL shareholders will ever benefit from any of it. Somebody who buys out the patents when (I still think this is not an "if" point) XDSL finally collapses under the mass of it's floated shares could still make some cash though.
