Expert, hmmm. Not as much as you Mark Kay. To understand the totality of the scheme here is not simple. But at its most basic it goes something like this:

1. Set up the public entity in Montana or Wyoming
2. Issue 3 "super" shares that control 80% of the votes of all share classes
3. release inane meaningless PR every month
4. Release fraudulent financial statements quarterly
5. File meaningless lawsuits to provide a basis to keep the entity going
6. Use contingency lawyers so that all the cash generated from share sales goes into your own pocket
7. Pay nice salaries for no work
8. Sell + 20 billion shares of worthless stock, RS the stock 3 times in 19 months, lie about the prospects and get the MM's to start scamming there consumer accounts
9. start all over again.

only a nitwit would unabashedly tout this stock, and you are too smart to be a nitwit. which means you have a meaningful participation in this scam. Hats off to you, but at some point gravity and reality will kick in.

2 weeks post RS, stock down 92% and on its way back to .0001 which is called HOME for SFOR.
