The '18 months' window is in definitely in line with my expectations.

There she blows! The enigmatic 12-18 month window. Hadn't seen her for quite some time, but I knew she wasn't extinct. This has been the magic number since inception. Everything is just 12-18 months away. There's a reason for that. It's short enough to keep the fish on the line, but long enough to collect another year of salaries (2x for Diwan), reimbursement plus 30% mark up, bonuses, and develop a new strategy to push the goal posts back or announce a new strategy.

So '17 is your target for completion of scale-up?
