Yes. Only 49,975,618 shares ask at 0.0002 (just worthy $9,995) now! I bet with just a few millions of shares slapping actions (say 5M shares of 0.0002s) NHPI will start to run to hit the 52-week high 0.0007 again since the bounce is overdue now... The peer with the almost same FIXED float (828M shares) did exactly the same 7-bagger bounce without any news at all!
