First off Tony the major word here is "INTENT"Company to Company can go on until the cows jump over the moon until they come to a FULLY EXECUTED contract where money has crossed the table and signatures are on the contract. Is this true YES , Is this Mis-Leading YES. MANY MANY companies out there perform the same scenario on a daily basis. It happen its over and now we move on.
The man (Andy) said to me yesterday on the phone that if we were talking and it was March of 2015 his positive view of DOMK would not exist because of the MOBO scenario . He (Andy) did not have to state that to me but, he was expressing HONESTY and I respect that undeniably .
