Yup...and now you have grumbling by the die-hards about this being reverse split. He##,I've been telling them that before Jorge even arrived of course their reply's were always the same that there would be NO RS with Jorge around because he said so!!

No..not if you read the PR when he showed up. He says NO rs to complete the dividend deal. Or sometimes the old usual "no rs in the foreseeable future". LOL...what does that mean,the next 45 days??

Anyone holding this SHAM,it will be split at sometime. This ticker like sister FRAUD TDEY can't do anything when you have 12B or 9B shares out floating around.

Watch for the RS,coming to a SHAM near you!
