A dual soket Xeon E5 2697v3 scores 1180 integer rate and 871 fp rate, that mentioned moron not even know the results on Spec site.
The monothread performance is very low vs. Xeon E5 2697v3 that scores 67 integer and 117 in Fp,

This cup has 1/2 the IPC of Haswell in integer and a lot less in Fp, more like 1/4.

In short word another boring and useless RISC 64bit cpu, pretty in line with other RISC SKUs from Oracle. I am not surprised the ARM penetration in server world is ZERO.......at least Oracle give you a strong software to work with.
