CRGP: If indeed there is no functional company with no verifiable mines in Mexico there would be sufficient reason for the SEC to suspend the stock under questions about adequacy and accuracy of information, corporate structure, and share issuances.

Whether kept under a FINRA U-3 Halt or an SEC Suspension the stock will likely never trade again even on the Grey Sheets....as I see it.
