The old PR(s) which turned out to be bullshit prove that either the company's management has established an irrefutable pattern of being dishonest or something went seriously wrong.

NNVC announced it "successfully" scaled up production that would enable completion of the large Tox study -- a scale up mentioned the month prior as kilogram quantities.

Was NNVC lying to us? Or were they woefully incompetent and mistaken? Or were the scaled-up batches produced no good? Why did NNVC never retract the April 2014 PR which proved to be untrue?

Can you or anybody else name a single successful biotech that announced a successful milestone that turned out to be false?

On April 16, 2014 -- the date of the bogus PR -- the stock price was at $3.31. This is not a game to the victims who foolishly and naively fell for that PR and are now nearly wiped out.
