Scania,

Sorry to say IMSO this article misrepresents the facts (I might go so far as to suspect it may be deliberate based upon the size of the discrepancies). I am not implying that you, Scania, misrepresented anything. However, the article, IMO, is fabricated.

Let me offer up the following:

1) Neom does NOT own "500" patents. At last count I believe they were at approx 75 and were in the process of auctioning off numerous patents they felt were unnecessary for their purposes.

2) NEOM no longer holds the rights to ANY patents as it is YA which hold the rights as collateral on the $40M debt. Should YA call the debt, it will be YA that sells the patents, not NEOM, and shareholders would not see a penny. While I do not anticipate YA calling the debt, we all need to be cognizant of this as a possibility.

3) While I do not recall a consortium between Apple and MSFT, it could merely be the onset of Alzheimer's. Should you or anyone else carry a link to such information, please share.

4) For "ANYONE" to toss around numbers the likes of $500M and $800M is absurd!! Nothing has ever been mentioned of ANY potential valuation, other than a rumor supplied by Bena Roberts (Gomo News) back in approx 2009. At that time she alleged a rumor (and stated it as specifically a rumor) that Nokia was offering $50M (I believe this was the number mentioned).

To me this article wreaks of a pumper's scam!! The data appears completely fabricated. I and a good list of long term shareholders have performed "extensive and exhausting" due diligence year after year and to my knowledge there has never been an utterance by any so called "experts" as to any form of valuation.

I strongly urge ALL iHubbers to completely disregard this article.

All of the above is my strong opinion based upon vast amounts of due dilligence.

Best,
BC
