I am still in private email communication with King. He is still long and strong LBSR, the other company that had the lawsuit did indeed win the court judgement, but it takes time to get the settlement money and land seizures finalized. It would be my best guess that he had already accumulated a million or more shares even before this dropped below a penny....but I am not certain. We do not discuss any dollar figures even in emails.

I have not communicated with him for over a month as I have banned myself from communication from others who are invested in LBSR until such time as BRISCOE/LBSR proves to me that he/they can pull this company out of the sewer. (Well except for F.A., he feels the same way as I do about this "FIASCO".)
