Crudelover, I am encouraged by your post. I emailed Richard about a month ago, with no reply. With the China market slump, it is easy to think they may wait a while longer now! However, I am not sure how much longer BFRE can hold on, unless the Korean program is doing well, which they cannot talk about!
On the other hand, the Chinese must be getting close to taking some action to finalizing the Fulton financing themselves, knowing the DOE has declined to honor their original grant, and the fact that they really need to prove out the Bluefire technology in Fulton, before committing to numerous plants in China.
It could well be that Richard's optimism is based on the possibility of a new deal in the works with China!
