I thought it was a little insane when myself and a group of shareholders knew management of another company was incompetent and we got them replaced. We didn't even need a shareholder meeting. The BOD just needed a little prodding to do what they knew all along was best for the company. Surely you don't actually believe these guys have done a good job and that nobody could do any better. Or do you?
