They will be out there for sure. Its a little different this time than from 2008. Lot of people are really trying to hold out as long as they can. I think it hurts them long term because the longer they wait the less they are likely to get.



Best deals are ones you go out and create yourself. Go to the areas you like and start planting the idea of selling to the guys that arent actively selling yet. Its time to network.

Its not bashing when the company has billions O/S, no revenues, and paid promoters. Its just the facts.
