To make it perfectly clear, The chart you posted to that states the top is in has an excellent chance of being correct. The previous one with a wave 5 to go has a much less chance of being correct. I'm still looking at that EEM chart that seems like it needs a 5th wave, yet EEM is not a good index to make decisions on. This is what I have right now. That 2060ish area that I think we'll hit hopefully will provide more detail.
