I confirmed earlier with Putin via phone, Clay cancelled his Moscow trip. Told them he had come down with some desert bot fly disease. It had the Kremlin in an uproar, as they had arranged for him to visit Lukoil, and feed their Siberian Husky mascot caviar. Sources tell me the Russians were prepared to sell half of Siberia to BAYP, for 100M valuable shares of this scam stock. Doubt if they'll offer that deal again. I don't know if LeRoy with his vast airport hanger contacts, would even be able to rescue this international mess, Clay has created for BAYP.
