I honestly have no idea what the background of the question is.

The only thing I am certain of is that if PPHM wants to send me a check for $25xN, I have some time (30 or 60 days, I forget) to convert first.

But realistically, if the price of PPHM gets anywhere near $3, PPHMP will start trading in lockstep with a certain premium for the dividend. Perhaps PPHM*8.33 + $15 or such (I could think harder about the numbers if I was not more interested in drinking bear that typing on my phone right now). So conversion would not be needed.
