While I am sure ISC tests and retests each machine before packaged, TSA must do that also. Too much at stake.

RED Team spotted many deficiencies... at the places I visited I witnessed changes in con-ops and a new sense of purpose on the line. It was aggressive yet a bit faster. All in all, the delays we are feeling are direct effects of the RED team report.

Compare it to STAC to ECAC to EACH AIRPORT process of running pre-buy performance tests...then each airport will test the actuals when in hand. Have to. And likely changes to train transport security. ( duh). Also THAT event has turned heads hear if it was not for the passengers actions.
