If we only sold in the US to 30% of those who die each year of lung cancer - that would be approximately 54000 patients. If we only sold the treatment for 6% the cost of opdivo at 10k this would be 540M However, in reality this seems on the low side as it does not take into account the 221k new US cases each year or the global cases or the fact that the drug will probably not be that cheap. I think 500M is not realistic - would you agree?
