Tonyo, you said that Zimbler mentioned something about not have the Lithium mining assets... do you recall when and where he might have said that? Since they have the purchase information listed and not the sale information, or they never did purchase the assets, but said they did... wouldn't that qualify as fraudulent activity or misinformation?

Either of those would be suitable for a Fraud Loss Recovery claim. Just wanting your thoughts on that as you seem know your stuff.
