However, can you afford to risk your money in the face of the following scenario : Z has proven to be totally unwilling to deal, SCOTUS reversal is very remote, R/S will hit before 14 Dec 15, V will raise the outstanding shares to 200mil or so and shorts are waiting to knock pps to untenable levels.
All this in exchange for 200mil which would alleviate some of shareholders pain & suffering and give V a new start to go after infringers bigger than Z.
