Looks like Comstock Mining will finally be able to get out of its own way with Winfield getting approval to merge his 2 interests and settle conversion issues as they begin to enter N side Lucerne pit underground using American Tunnel contractor. Yep, JW does love the Comstock much as money which should come along anyway. Just 1% objected to proposal it says. See 2 U ground portal pics. Saw GOROs at same state of outline in visit March '10 when Tom and I were "Detained" with an armed Oaxacan Mine cop. Kids playing in his HUV, we laughed our asses off.
