I think the issue is after 3.5 years of waiting many of us refuse to accept this is anywhere close to resolved... we are like fleas trained in a jar - can't truly accept the end is near... too many past failures and huge let downs... from Maureen to HJJ to CAFC to SCOTUS to ZTE's nonsense... painful and frustrating ride....awful
