Well the GREED part CAN and HAS been proven numerous times by Scott. The SEC investigation will come to life once they file charges and drag Scott into court. Just takes time......sometimes more than 2 years before all the info. is gathered.

Either the couple of individuals still PUMPING this SCAM are part of TheDirectory.COM or they are trying to dump MILLIONS of dead shares for a MM because no one in their right mind would be buying now that the word is out on Scott.

Until then, Scott will continue with SILENCE. No more financials, no more CC's, no more ANYTHING. His CREDITORS have obviously LEFT THE SCENE and are nowhere to be found and will more than likely WRITE OFF Scott as a " bad debt "!!! Fife is NOT about to hand over any more $$$$$$ to a proven CROOK in exchange for shares that will be gobbled up in BK court.

Their is NO money in this company other than the chump change that Scott handed over for his HELLO deal and then NEVER did anything. As for any other ASSETS.......does anyone think the handful of WEB site URL's that he supposedly owns are really worth much??? Everything will be lumped together for pennies on the dollar....... sound familiar to anyone?

I will guarantee anyone they are NOT worth all of the MILLIONS that he has PISSED AWAY on his salary, TV/Radio Ad campaign or any other " expenses " he has came up with to date.

Scott is FLAT BROKE with no creditors banging down the door looking for those cheap shares at 1/10th of the market rate.

Once the benchmark of COMPLAINTS is hit on the Whistleblowers WEB site, a " snoop " will be assigned to check into Good OL Scott and his manipulations to sell stock. The snow ball will start rolling down the hill and it will be just a matter of time...........IMHO!

Anyone need any more PROOF, just hit the SEC WEB site and READ up on some of those " complaints " that have ultimately nailed over 4,500 CEO's and members of management since around 2010 for some of these Con Artists!
