Way too much dilution to interest the folk Teco owes. Why triple the problem by getting in bed with new mgmt that is joined at the neck with past mgmt. courthouse records show Liarskis scheming with Blackburn way back before he surfaced spouting more BS and PRs containing outright lies. if he was a savior, why has the DOJ shown such an interest in his activity?
