vois failure to file financials is like it's failure to bring a product to market...
vois is trying to mask the dilution and notes, which in coming months will increase the outstanding shares...
end result will be a reverse split, which like it's failure to produce a real product is the vois way...
the xmas ornament does have a unsecure website which is highly unnavigable, with links that point you every which way....wow great website...very amateurish that is....
great marketing firm taking care of that....
