Sorry to hear you are having issues, good luck in resolving them and in your investments. For me, it looks like I got here because they think I have another account. My roommate just moved out and he had an account and always used my iMac in the home office here. So I assume the IP makes it look like we are the same account. Fair enough and I get it. That being said, its not the same account and he doesn't live here anymore. So, explained the situation to them and asked them to either unlock me or please refund my $100 I paid for the year when I created my own account if its going to be an ongoing issue. So far, haven't gotten a response back yet though, so I will see what happens. Doesn't matter to me which they do...unlock me or refund me...but one or the other needs to happen because I am not paying $100 for an account that can't be used. GLTY and any investments you have.
