Good news from the 8k. Regen is still a controlled subsidiary of Bio Matrix Scientific Group, Inc. Also, my understanding to allow Benitec RGBP shares instead of BMSN means there doesn't seem to be a reverse split coming for BMSN, as that would have also been a good way to increase value and A/S as related to payment to benitec. correct me if im off on this speculation
