FYI .. They did incorporate in Delaware

Great to have an experienced law firm working on the behalf of Trimerica and it's shareholders.

Treaty, now Trimerica, after the reorganization is completed will target NASDAQ as the bard to be on.

And NASDAQ's minimum PPS is $ 1.00 Really does not look like Trimerica was ever D O A
