What do they have to do with DSUS? I dont see them in the BOD nor certainly the CEO Joel is neither one.

You are absolutely correct. Joel is 100% responsible for their actions. They abused people, run the stock down, so he apparently run them off.

Someone put out information that is not true, he is responsible for that too. He is also responsible for the PPS of the stock, it is in the tanks, probably because of his poor decisions such as having them on board. The buck stops with him.
