Well, we've been told that the CEO can do whatever all willy-nilly regardless of what he says so naturally the LOI is just another bit of fluff blown away in the winds of massive dilution. After all, every CEO does that from poor old clueless Ryan Schadel to Fortune 500 CEOs. We heard it here so it HAS to be true.
