Looks like CONVERTIBLE DEBT BOYS are gonna "convert" and sell/dump to get out of their shares (aka convertible "notes" they hold) IMO, while this thing is a more liquid sub penny perhaps-

There's literally 100's of MILLIONS of dilution shares to be converted (Asher, Magna, Vis Vires Group, KBM Worldwide, Daniel James, Fourth Man etc- just see any recent 10-Q or 10-K filing)

DAY's LOW already hit .0026, WOWZA??? Bid hitting .0029 this right now in free fall, HOLY FREAKING COW. A new all, all, all TIME LOW and in total COLLAPSE !!

Maybe those convertible (toxic) note holders want out now- while the shares are more liquid and easier to dump perhaps? They, per the SEC filing terms, typically can "convert" pretty much at any time if I'm not mistaken.

Looks like a bunch of um might be wanting to unload here and get out now before the massive R/S dries up a lot of the liquidity by making the float so much lower????

Just a thought- would not surprise me to see mass dumping here before the actual R/S action is finalized and takes place.

Either way- it doesn't stop the numerous convertible debt holders from "converting" and then selling/dumping one way or another. Looks like this may already R/S to like $3 bucks now, DOWN from $4 a few days ago, LOL !!!

It was stated this would be "excellent", LOL????????? Guess I'm not seeing it exactly? HOW is this "excellent" EXACTLY? Looks like a mass train wreck to me- happening in real time.

Not good. I don''t think I've ever seen a 1000:1 R/S that ever was "excellent" or ended good for the underlying company?

Oh, it hit .003 LOL, just as I hit click to post. So it's now a $3 buck stock upon the R/S taking effect. Amazing. Blood bath is right- what's the collapsed market cap at now? It's gotta be sub $3 million, holy cow !!

Yeah, real "excellent" so far, LOL??????????? This thing will be lucky to survive this IMO. Raising cash is getting tougher by the minute for um, literally IMO. They live on convertible debt deals- the LOWER their share price goes, the harder it gets to raise even the pittances of like $25K at a time they've been surviving on becomes IMO.

Not good- looking RED here. .003 and falling. Wowza. Holy cow !!
