I've tried contacting bluefire through their web page. I Never heard back. I have an idea to jump start their company and probably raise more money without screwing over existing investors. All I asked for was a deal memo in which they set all the terms. If I agreed with their terms, the idea was theirs up front for free.

Never heard anything but crickets. I left messages and email messages as well. Never heard back.
