Thanks nmills,
I own a condo at 444 Nahua, which I bought almost 30 years ago for just around $100,000 (fee simple). I was asking about the combination of pineapple and sake. I've driven through the Dole plantation, but I haven't been to any Japanese restaurants in Hawaii--no point.
By the way, I have a gripe about Tony Roma's boast of "famous" ribs. If you've ever been to Texas, then you know they are mediocre at best.
By the way part two, about the condo, I rent it out most of the year. It's grandfathered under the law change way back that limited such rentals because of lobbying by hotel owners.
I was hoping FARE was going to let me park a Morris 40-footer in the marina, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.
