For those that may not understand what "unlimited authorized " means, it's a license to print as many share as they see fit. It throws the principle of supply and demand out the window. When a stock is in demand the price goes up due to holders of the stock not willing to sell and increasing the demand. With an endless supply to be printed the stock will remain easy to obtain keeping prices low.

This is about the worst thing you can do to shareholders who may want to sell.
