Nobody will buy this shell......
-no financials since 2012
-our CEO Bill Craig is clueless to the number of shares that he has issued
- huge baggage with the SEC including CEO lying to the SEC about having financials ready
-Steve Adelstein involvement

Unfortunately we were all in lala land believing this mythical story could actually happen!
