Even if they were at 300, it would only take 1/2 of the trial sites enrolling 1 patient each to get there. I think they have designed this trial to go slow and steady and then intentionally accelerated the later part of this trial to let the results bake on the earlier participants. I would think they should have some pretty good OS data building along with a higher ratio of events in the control group at this stage. If enough for IA, they may be able to get early approval with this latest push of patients being the confirmatory piece.
