That is not even close to true. For one it is about PPS for them getting listed, secondly P/E is based on stock price NOT the market cap. Having a way out of wack P/E is not good or even remotely viewed as good. Also, with higher stock price it is less likely for others to want to invest because it cost much more money to control the same amount of shares.
