Because of the tweet campaign of 2014? After not saying much of anything in 2013? Remember the childish rant he put up on the website towards bashers, along with the fake customer list. What legit company worries about such crap? Or tries to deceive its SHs? Only in microcrap ville. Then there were the tweets themselves.

Look more closely at the tweets, and one will see he really never promised anything for most of it. For example did Jeffy at any time indicate on dd-mm-yy he would submit a Form 10 to EDGAR? Nope. It was good for 3 months worth of tweets, and pump material for another stock flip trade 005 <---> 01. Were there tweets with catch slogans from this forum? Yes. What was the real purpose of the tweets?

It was over 6 months after the suspension. Everything since has been an orchestrated circus.
