That was then and this is now. Things have happened since then.

FSNR is going through one of its periodic upward blips.
- Fall 2014 - climb from $0.15 to $0.25, then a drop back down.
- Summer 2014 - Climb from $0.05 to $0.25+, then a drop back down.
- Summer 2012 - Climb from $0.05 to $0.30, then a slow drop back down.
- Spring 2012 - Climb from $0.05 to $0.30, then a drop back down.

Each of these climbs has corresponded to a major JV, partnership, advisor, etc. "Things happened" each time. Each time the stock has fallen back down.

Every spike has led to an eventual (or rapid) correction back to the doldrums.

Maybe this one will be different. Right now it's looking like a plateau (or the start of a drop from $0.23).

We will see soon enough. Sharp drop? Slow drop? Or a breakthrough?
