...2.14 Class 8 – Existing Equity Interests
(a) Classification. Class 8 consists of any and all Existing Equity Interests in the Debtors.
(b) Treatment. In full and complete satisfaction, discharge and release of each Allowed Class 8 Interest, each Holder of an Allowed Class 8 Interest shall receive its Pro Rata share of
the New Warrants.
(c) Impairment and Voting. Class 8 Interests are Impaired and the Holders of Class 8 Interests are entitled to vote on the Plan.

3.2 Voting Classes. Classes 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 are Impaired under the Plan, and Holders of Claims or Interests in Classes 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 shall be entitled to vote to accept or reject the Plan....
