I hold mine(average $0.14) for minimum bid price of $1.00 the Nasdaq Listing Rules, like FORD just did.

On August 25, 2015, Nasdaq notified the Company that it has determined that for the previous 10 consecutive business days, from August 11, 2015 through August 24, 2015, the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock had been at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Rules, and this matter is now closed with Nasdaq.
