Looks to me like you made a math mistake. 200 to 1 conversion rate for 800 million shares = 800 million, yes, 300 to 1 = 900 million yes but how does that equal a conversion? You subtract the increased number from the old number and conclude he has sold the difference in shares? Obviously a huge math error.

He now has 900 million share voting rights. If a conversion is made that reduces the number of the authorized that is posted. If it goes below 4 million, conversions have happened. If it stays the same, as it has, there are no conversions.
