I do not show this news (or even any links to this news) on any of my TD or other brokerage accounts -
Too bad that company cannot make public their financial expectations with this new company. Citing what the industry volume, does not mean a thing in regard to what Acculife will produce in the future. To people looking from the outside, there is not enough information given for them to make a quantifiable investment in this stock.
Also, if the deal has been completed, why was is not disclosed, the share impact of current shareholders in ECSL??? ( 1 for 1 ???) If we were getting any shares of the new company, this would have already been determined at signing of the contract, and should have been disclosed at time of signing announcement. I was very dissapointed as to the vaque contact of this PR - news continues to be of no interest to new investors in the open market.
Come on Ron, give us some real sales news that we can take to the bank - and get us the hell off of the Pinks !!!
