Yes, but St. Louis' conversion rights need to be taken into consideration when the unfounded rumors of some phantom buyout keep rolling in, as those shares would be part of any so called buyout.

That being said, most likely why the A/S was raised to the the strange number. By doing so, he did not need to increase his conversion rights just yet.
