Zivo finished the week at $0.12."

ZIVO is paying for this worthless mention that sez absolutely nothing ? Of course if ZIVO signed up for this and says absolutely nothing for the next 6 months again ..... that's all on Dahl.

It is almost September. Wonder when the LOI for production scale up will get done ?

Just last week (MID JUNE), we signed a Letter of Intent with a USDA-licensed commercial producer based in Florida to scale up our current capacity of 4,000 liters to 120,000 liters, to be produced in a series of covered ponds. That would increase our production capacity by 30-fold. Once the contract has been fully executed, and construction begins, we’ll make additional announcements about this commercial arrangement.

We are expecting to produce hundreds of pounds of high-value biomass by mid-September of this year, optimizing the production/harvesting cycle and also getting our costs and post-processing in line – pending available funding. Our production partner has a USDA approved food processing facility on-site so that we can work on mid-stream product prep. All of this advances our product strategy and makes it all the more attractive to potential licensees and joint-venture partners.

Two months ..... nothing .......

When is launch of final testing with Zoetis ??? Final results were provided and consensus reached back in March.

As we move toward product launch for the entire WellMetris platform, I’d like to advise you that we’ve just completed a run of test cartridges at a facility in Minnesota, and we’re slated to conduct another run mid-July. These first few thousand tests will be used for internal quality control, standards testing, norming and pilots for interested employers and insurers, including Trion Solutions, with whom we executed a letter of intent several months ago to test their headquarters staff before rolling out to their 12,000 contract employees.

Well .... its been 9 months since Trion announcement and ..........

No updates on websites. Social media. Dead silence at the moment beyond CEOcast. Just building the case to sell the company or have a change at the helm ... time is money and time is wasting away ..... Dahl and Rice had much value as it pertains to righting the ship and setting a course in the right direction and away from the slimey past ...... but now the company requires timely execution. Testing has yielded positive results. Need a company leader who can deliver the message, sell the idea and execute on the strategy efficiently and timely. As the company creeps along on multiple fronts ..... there simply isn't much evidence that Dahl and Rice have these execution skills nor do they appear to understand the necessities surrounding communication from a public company. Things should be accelerating here rather than seemingly ssslllloooooowwwwwwwwwwwwing down.

Strangely the stock itself has been in an ever so slight uptrend since the end of April and the stock is at another of those interesting inflection points. End of April coincides with added money pledge from HEP Investments and updated change control agreements for Dahl and Rice. 6 figure seller still sits at .12 cents for the past several days and volume slowing after the 1 large trade last week.

Need to see some action.
