Is anything to go by. Walters has sold or has an agreement to preferred shares to T is my guess. If T uses the shell and stock those shares will disappear! and R/S will take place. What number is a guess 100/1 or 200/1 to bring it in line with the 2 to 3 billion in the float now!

Think strongly that T would keep the ticker and change there name to RMTD. it's been around a long time and has a market share in the industry even know they an't trading on the OTC buy company names and patients etc are still alive makes you wonder.
