JKS is my pick (but don't currently own) for China solar. Their earnings keep increasing and Credit Suisse keeps increasing their earnings estimates.

2015/16/17 EPS estimates to $4.67/$6.29/$6.47 from $3.98/$6.12/$6.26 to reflect higher third party shipments
