13WHAM News at 10 on Fox Rochester reported tonight that there is a proposed NYS bill to criminalize drowsy drivers. Maybe truck drivers would want to wear the MyCadian watch which would prove that they weren't drowsy at the time of an accident. Also liability lawyers would not be able to use alleged drowsiness as a means to sue for damages.
