From a friend who was doing some DD and this is what he came up with:

1. Lou violated his NDA by sharing company information. Whistle blower crap does not apply.

2. Lou misrepresented himself to Wayne (autry family rep), slandered Alonzo, wrote public libelous statements against Alonzo.

3. By his NDA violation, Lou could be in a position to forfeit money and shares paid to him.

4. How the hell does this latest guy know Alonzo's travel plans...
